Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Hi and welcome to YT . All you can really do is continue to redirect him when it happens. You can also make a "yelp" noise like a fellow littermate would make to let him know it hurts.

| Maybe substitute a soft, soft (collapsible) little rubber toy for him to nibble--not chew/gnaw on; watch closely...Maybe it's just his way of sucking his thumb, you know? Comforting, baby behavior? |

| Oh my goodness...2lbs....soooo teensy!!! Sounds to me like he's doing what he'd do to his 'fur' mummy when he's winding down, getting ready for sleep, kind of pretend suckling.... Totally agree with Jkpal....do they make a 'puppy sucking/nibbling comforter'? Probably! Oh, and welcome to YT - happy to meet you both! Sally + Harry xx
