| What kind of a "warranty" did the breeder give you on a 5 week old puppy? It's not even legal to sell puppies at that age. I'm going to check the puppy laws in TX where you live.

| The breeder sold you a puppy at 5 weeks old and gave you a one year warranty? What exactly does this warranty cover? Who is this breeder?

| if dog dies because of defect dog will be replaced as long as you have an autopsy done and has to be in one year. i signed it and they signed it. And if it was illegal to sell a dog at that age how would they give you papers on this dog? Last edited by rodney123456; 12-26-2014 at 04:30 PM. |

| The sad thing is this breeder probably let these pups go so early so they could be christmas presents. No reputable breeder would let a pup go so early. I hope for the best with your little one. How much did he weigh at the vet? |

| That Warranty wouldn't cover the puppy if it died from not eating. Also, you would need to spend your money out of pocket to have a necropsy done which could be very expensive.
