| Some Yorkie Behaviour Questions . I was wondering about some behaviours . 1) About sometimes wanting to be super close to me but then other times trying to move away just a tad but still stay near me (is this normal ?) 2) She barks/ whines when Im gone from her for like 10-20 mins 3) She sleeps at the end of my feet 4) she won't walk yet with me she scouts when I try to walk her (she is fairly new to our family) is this normal for the first few days?) ill add more as they come up thanks for listening .

| Very normal! Don't worry. Things to worry about: lethargy, not eating, diarrhea, vomiting, aggression. It will take a few weeks for her to become accustomed to your family.

| Thanks again here are some questions Dog always shivers alot what can we do to reduce the shivering or to sensitize her to what makes her shiver so much? Why does my dog always want to be where i am laying down or sitting down on ? How can we train her and certify her as a mental health service dog?

| Occasionally Bella Mia out of nowhere will jump up growl and wander away from us. We call this one of her "moments". The vet says there are many reasons she may do this but nothing to worry about?

Again, if she is a rescue it will take her time to gain trust in all ppl. Again, she came to you with a history (baggage) that you will never know of. Have you dad offer her, her most favorite treats, do not force her to go to anyone she is not comfortable with. Have them completely ignore her, she will go to them on her time, her time, have them armed with treats, reward with treats when / if she comes to them, have them make no sudden movement towards her, try having your Dad sit, ignore her, not look at her, put her favorite treat a few inches from your Dad, if she goes for the treat your Dad is to ignore her, but you praise her with "good girl" continue doing this around your father or anyone she seems Leary of. Again, patience is major, she will come around, but it will be on her terms and her time. Never force anything or anyone on her. Again, you have had her at least 6 weeks now, things should be a lot better.

| Not all dogs are animal friendly, the lab I am sure is much bigger then your baby, big dogs may just scare her. Maybe more visits outside your home (your home is her Territory she could be protecting it) keep them apart, the more she sees the lab is no threat to her, "maybe" she will gain trust in it. Again, all dogs are not animal friendly, also you don't know, she may have had a bad experience with a large dog in her past. Do NOT force this lab on her, if she wants to be friends it will be on her terms and her time.

YT Addict | I would be nervous letting your little one around the lab. Just him playing could hurt your tiny baby. My daughter in law has a lab and no way would i let booplay with him. His paw alone has enough preasureto hurt her unintensionally. Yorkies have a keen hearing hince the groweling. Could be dreaming. Could be gas. Your babywill cling to the one who is spending a lot of time with them. As your little one is around your dad and sees he does not need to be afraid. My boo shivers with anything that scares him. We. Have had him i think 7 months now and he runs to mommy ilove it because he calms down in mommys arms. |
