Not all dogs are animal friendly, the lab I am sure is much bigger then your baby, big dogs may just scare her. Maybe more visits outside your home (your home is her Territory she could be protecting it) keep them apart, the more she sees the lab is no threat to her, "maybe" she will gain trust in it. Again, all dogs are not animal friendly, also you don't know, she may have had a bad experience with a large dog in her past. Do NOT force this lab on her, if she wants to be friends it will be on her terms and her time.
