| I can't believe it! So I finally was comfortable with Remy being neutered and he had it done yesterday along with having 4 baby teeth removed. I picked him up around 3pm and he was so ready to go. He came home and the first thing he did was peed & pooped on his pad, drank water and I gave him some moist kibbles to eat. He slept a little bit and then was up playing as if he didn't have anything done to him. Around 6pm he ate again but this time he was eating the hard kibbles. I gave him his 6pm medicine and he played more and then around 11pm he went to bed. He woke up this morning as if nothing was done to him. I still gave him his meds, he played, slept, ate, drank, etc. He hasn't even tried to lick or mess with the incision. Go figure! He has really surprised me because I thought he would be hurting, whining, etc. Never happened! He doesn't jump on furniture or on beds but I am trying to limit his running. He is being such a big boy. I'm so proud of him!

| Oh that is good news. Congratulations on a quick recovery. We will be putting Pip in for her op soon, probably next week. It is a worrying time, but I love hearing when it goes well, which of course it does most of the time. Our old black lab's heart and breathing stopped during the op, the vet was able to save him and he lived to an old age, but it made us worry more, when dogs that followed had/have the op. What a trooper you have.

| How's Remy doing today? Probably 99.9% back to normal? I had to carry Momo around the day after his neuter. He was running around, jumping on the sofa (we have stairs but he'll jump up & take the stairs going down). I thought he was accidentally going to bust open the surgery site, which was glued. The only time he stood still was when I gave him his pain meds. It was torb-val, an opiate, so it made him stare out into doggie space & it also made him pant. It scared me, so I only gave it to him for 1 day, 3 x's & that was it.

| Good job Remy!! I bet you're so relieved, mama. I know it's stressful to go through, worrying how they'll take it... Glad it's over for you!! Billi seemed fine the next day after her surgery, running, playing and pouncing on her cousin-dog. What freaked me out was coming home from work and finding her having JUMPED out of her 2 foot tall pen that I left her in before I left for work. I asked everyone in the house "omg did you let her out, please tell me you let her out!" Nope! The munchkin jumped it. Thankfully she didn't pop a stitch that lil stinker!

OMG....I would have died if Remy jumped out of his pen. Billi was like, "I'll show you never to put me in that pen again". Lol. Thank goodness she didn't pop a stitch...whew
