| ![]() Lately, Chloe's top knot has been falling forward because the hair is long. How do I keep it straight up?

| ![]() top knot gel... keeps their hair smooth into the knot and then you can smooth the top part back into place. i usually let billi's pony fall forward tho. reminds me of a rhino and it's funny ![]()

| ![]() I use mini scunchies from 'Dollar' stores like Family Dollar and Dollar General. They come in packages of 200-300 for reasonable cost. I use 2 scunchies together usually. They are quite stretchy and these guys topknots need about 4 wraps. The top wrap/loops can be pushed backward to keep the topknot out of the face. Also, the topknot can be more of a 'ponytail' placed further back and/or additional scunchies can be used further down of the topknot to keep it going backward. An advantage is that the mini scunchies are reusable and washable, and slide off easily when you grab all loops and slide off the topknot, so when it gets messy, the topknot can be easily redone. Plus, no breakage, and if they scratch in just the right spot, the mini scunchies can just slide off...again, without breakage...and just be put back on. Works for us for everyday wear.

| ![]() I have the same problem on and off, especially when Lola's hair is clean. It was staying where it should until I washed her hair, it's been 2 weeks and it still won't stay in place. The on and off isn't a day to day thing, the streaks last for weeks so idk what's going on... I've tried: bands scrunchies holding her on my lap with her back to me laying on the table facing me putting a little coconut oil in her hair to make it less clean (tried tonight) and trying to get it to just lay flat against the back of her head I've been doing the pony flip a lot lately to keep it out of her face. |

| ![]() Yorkie Top Knot | The Yorkshire Terrier Information Center A true yorkie topknot has 2 sections. I linked a how-to. I use this technique. It holds the hair in place and the bow too!
