| I have a light weight 4 wheel stroller and a heavy Pet Gear NV stroller. The light weight stroller, although it has 4 wheels, would not be stables enough to lean on.. My heavy stroller, that has three wheels, is much sturdier and would be more stable for leaning on when pushing. No sure the issue is how many wheels, but more the stability of the stroller itself. My heavier/sturdier stroller is hard for me to get in the trunk however due to its weight. Just some food for thought!
