| This happened to Maui. I know it's my hair because I have long hair and shed a lot lol. I read you shouldn't pull it out. Before I knew that, I tried to pull it out and Maui whined. http://www.justanswer.com/dog-health...z-stopped.html

| I think it would depend on the length of the hair. The times it happened to Lexi, the hair was not too long and didn't seem to bother her when I pulled it out. Plus, if I didn't pull it out myself she would have done it herself while trying to eat the poop! |

YT Addict | I've got shoulder length and longer hair and Jenna will occasionally get some in her mouth and I can't always get it back before she gulps it down and it will come out the other end later. (ew!) She is definitely in the "scoot my booty to get rid" camp. I have to catch her before she does this outdoors on our dirty, dusty rural roads or we'd be coming back in to major bum baths every time. Can't wait to have some time to get to a salon and get a haircut/style. I think a nice inverted bob should do the trick. I'm in my 50's so I've started losing my hair in clumps and it's a real pain to deal with besides having my poor woofit swallowing any of it!

YT 2000 Club Member | dog You call that poop hanging out a hanger. Make sure her fur is cut short around the butt area and this should not happen. Spud will come in with a hanger and I just go get a paper towel and wipe it off before he wipes it on my couch! |

Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | Had this last year and can be followed by the butt-dragging on floor syndrome if you don't get there quickly enough. This action is usually accompanied by a unique facial expression betwixt orgasmic pleasure and the certain doom of impending retribution! |

| Wolfgang gets this a lot bc I have long hair and it just hangs there and I have to pull it out. Gross. When it first happened it freaked him out and he was scared but now he just surrenders and lets me do it. But.... the other day he was acting weird - meekly went under he couch and stayed there. I went to get him and when he was petting him i felt something dry and crunchy under his tail and sure enough - there it was. A dried little yorkie turd stuck to him and safely tucked under his little tail. |
