I even change positions on the bed like a contortionist, so as not to disturb her! Thinking about it, others include; Lowering the levels on the surround sound and turning off the base, if she's sleeping Leaving the bathroom door open so she can idle in and out to check on dad Getting up and opening the entrance door to satisfy her curiosity if she gets spooked Declining the last drink with friends when your out, because your worried she's OK Turning round all the time to check she's still there when the lead goes slack on a walk Fear, when she's in such a deep sleep and your worried she won't come round Creeping about, avoiding the floorboard that creaks if she's in the middle of a good dream | |

| When you can't walk into ANY store without checking the puppy section or kids section to see if there are any blankets or toys to buy for your yorkie

| YKYLYW you are secure enough in your manhood to not only be seen walking your Yorkie, but stop to show her off to anyone who wants to say hi, and you refer to her to your mom as her granddaughter. Cheers Quad & Gina

| when I spend hours on the internet either posting photos of my pup or looking at other pups, the majority of my face book friends are yorkie people When I travel hours and even by plane to attend yorkie events, trips back home to NY to see family are scheduled around yorkie events happening there. when I call my husband at work to tell him about some cute little thing Lola did and he is all ears when normally he could care less about any cute thing I did when my pup has a better and bigger wardrobe than I do when I let my sister or my 85 year old mom give me a hair cut and then spend top dollar on Lola' hair at the groomer I just bought a paddle boat so I can take Lola out to the sandbar on our lake that she loves to play fetch at. I traded my road bike in for a hybred bike so I could attach a bike basket for Lola to ride in

| I love this thread and all the responses. Everything I do, think or say revolves around my Yorkie and I mean everything. I can't wait to get home each and every day just to see his bright eyes and smiling face...the feeling is simply priceless.

| YKYLYW you stay off the computer because your Yorkie doesn't like it, no matter how much you want to connect and get all the latest YT news! I'm sneaking in this time while I can while Tibbe's still dozing! I've been off the computer lately due to some neck problems and Tibbe has grown to love all the extra time and attention he's been getting. Now I notice I hesitate more and more to fire up the computer due to the glaring looks I get when I start to wake it up, as if he thinks I'm choosing it over him! Next, he plants his pudgy little body in the floor just below me and where I can easily see him past the computer screen and growls and chirps so cutely and adorably throws his many tricks, carries out some of his obedience commands on his own over and over until I just give up on the computer, saying, "Well, I'm all done!" as I usually do when I finish online and as if to let him know I'm actually done on the computer and not because I'm giving into his so-obvious manipulation. I know, I'm not fooling either of us - we both still know I caved and as my reward, here he comes running to "reward" mommie with lots of love and kisses and then presents his fat tummy to me to scratch! And if I don't give in and close the computer, ignore him or tell him "enough" or "leave it", "no!" - he's next up in my lap, trying to fit his now 7 lbs.(he's now on a diet because he'd gained weight while I've been off the computer due to all the training we've been doing and all the right things he does I've wanted to reward him for(!)) between me and the keyboard, that fuzzy, cute face giving me imploring looks. I mean - how can I resist that?

| When you brush their hair more than you do your own. Mine gets brushed and up in a pony tail all day. Hannah's gets brushed several times a day.
