				 | If we place of glass of anything on the table beside the couch or chair, Jasmine will jump up and try to drink it. We have to watch our glasses very carefully. We can't leave them for a minute. She has taken sips of my white wine several times. I told her I should have named her "Wino" All I ever give her to drink is water, but she will try to drink our tea, cola, wine, or whatever we are drinking. She doesn't drink nearly as much water as our Westie. He loves ice cubes and wil chew one up in a second and want more. Now he has her wanting one. I caught my grandchildren (4 yr and & 7 yr) feeding them cheerios, little cheese crackers and ice cubes the other night. The dogs were loving it. |

				 | Kelsey sticks to filtered water....she isn't a big drinker though. She will drink water only COLD water and only with her meals and a little in between. Whenever i leave my drink on the coffee table or something she'll stick her little head in and have a sip...

				 | Well I only give Zayne bottled water. Not only does our tap water taste nasty, but it probably isnt good for him. One suggestion I could give you is to put the water in a glass, and you pretend to drink from it, and then let him drink some too. I had a plain glass of water with ice and just because I was drinking it Zayne thought it was the best thing in the world. He drank the whole glass by himself!

				 | I only give Mac & Mellie water. But they will sneak anything left unattended. (Coffee, Wine, Beer, Soda) No glass is safe from the little Party Dogs.

				 | bunjee gets a splash of 2% skim milk with his morning kibbles. otherwise it's just tap water with that odorless/flavorless additive that helps to clean teeth and freshens breath. my understanding is not you do not want to give your yorkie milk if it is lactose intolerant. they may lack sufficient enzymes to breakdown the lactose in milk, resulting in upset stomach and diarrhea. bunjee has not exhibited such symptoms. |
