| Donating Senior Yorkie Talker | The owner just emailed me and told me the puppies are well and healthy and ready to pick up or ship next week. They are going to the vet one last time for a final check up and also has been dewormed and gotten some of there shots. Before they get ready to ship or pick them up he will be giving me a copy of her vet check up and medical records. So Far So Good |

I looked at Pet Premium, Healthy Pets, Pet Plan, Embrace, Trupanion. An annual deductible or a per incident deductible. Per incident limits some are unlimited. Reimbursement percentage - 70-100% Some offer a wellness reimbursement for an extra monthly fee None of them cover dental cleaning (which is kind of why I was interested in Banfield because it covers cleaning) Most cover the office visit/vet fee Most cover hereditary/congenital disorders depending on the level you choose. All had these features in common: covered accident, illness, x-rays, labs, diagnostic tests and prescriptions. (Differing in the reimbursement some reimburse on a reasonable & customary schedule and some based on the bill). Well it was a lot for me to absorb but I think I will go with Pet Plan Insurance, although it has a per incident deductible I chose $50 with an 80% reimbursement, $14,000 annual limit the rate came out pretty good and I liked the plan benefits. Hope this helps. If anyone needs more information, please feel free to ask. Also if I missed anything important to consider please let me know. THANKS!! | |
