An annual deductible or a per incident deductible.
Per incident limits some are unlimited.
Reimbursement percentage - 70-100%
Some offer a wellness reimbursement for an extra monthly fee
None of them cover dental cleaning (which is kind of why I was interested in Banfield because it covers cleaning)
Most cover the office visit/vet fee
Most cover hereditary/congenital disorders depending on the level you choose.
All had these features in common: covered accident, illness, x-rays, labs, diagnostic tests and prescriptions. (Differing in the reimbursement some reimburse on a reasonable & customary schedule and some based on the bill).

Well it was a lot for me to absorb but I think I will go with Pet Plan Insurance, although it has a per incident deductible I chose $50 with an 80% reimbursement, $14,000 annual limit the rate came out pretty good and I liked the plan benefits.

Hope this helps. If anyone needs more information, please feel free to ask. Also if I missed anything important to consider please let me know. THANKS!!
Great minds alike i was looking at that also.
