| Just an FYI: Giving advice without a hands-on exam of the animal is illegal in the state of Texas. Hope all vets check their state requirements before participating. Other than that... great idea. I imagine that some folks will be a bit po'ed, like Just Answer, as they charge for answers. I used them once for a question that was driving me nuts, lol...

However, if you've met the vet in person and they've seen your pet, you can get actual medication recommendations and there is no real limit to what advice you can give. Hopefully, someday everyone's vet will be online and then you can get specific recommendations for your pets...but until then it's a bit more limited. | |
