Thanks for the heads up, but I made sure to include similar terms and conditions used for similar human health advice websites to protect the veterinarians and make sure to add disclaimers to let pet owners know as well.
Unfortunately, the poor vet in Texas that got in trouble was just answering questions via email and replacing going to a vet with online advice which is not allowed.
However, if you've met the vet in person and they've seen your pet, you can get actual medication recommendations and there is no real limit to what advice you can give. Hopefully, someday everyone's vet will be online and then you can get specific recommendations for your pets...but until then it's a bit more limited.
