| Hello Everybody I haven't been on line for awhile because March has been a horrible month for us. A few weeks ago we had a major flood in the basement of our home and most of the things downstairs were distroyed. In the middle of all the mess, Oliver hurt his back and was having a major problem walking, everytime we went to pick him up he screamed. We rushed him to the emergency hospital at 3 AM in the morning. The vet said that he ruptured a disc in his back. He gave him ruscle relaxers and pain killers and told us if he wasn't better we should bring him back and he might have to have surgery which scared the heck out of me. He also told to keep him quiet for the next two weeks. Well he started improving a couple of days later and by the time we brought him back he was back to norma. The vet said everything was fine. He said the She tzus are known for this problem. Poor Oliver has so many medical problems between his cataracts and his liver problem, and he's such a wonderful dog. Now that Oliver is better we only have to worry about the soggy basement and the insurance company which is not cooperating at all. |

| yikes. glad oliver is doing better. insurance companies are not the greatest in time of need unfortunately. my parents house burned to the ground years ago and it was the worst experience ever and it wasnt my house. sending many well wishes for Oliver and that the insurance company sees things through your glass instead of theirs.
