yikes. glad oliver is doing better. insurance companies are not the greatest in time of need unfortunately. my parents house burned to the ground years ago and it was the worst experience ever and it wasnt my house. sending many well wishes for Oliver and that the insurance company sees things through your glass instead of theirs.
