| My thoughts exactly. Take a small wash cloth, get it wet and freeze it and let her chew on it. See if that gets her to do the same actions, I bet it does.

| Taz did the same thing when he got a doggie Christmas cookie. Ran around the house for a couple hours with it in his mouth whimpering and crying. I think he wanted to save it but didn't have a safe place to hide it from his sister. He finally ate it and all was well. |

| My mom has a female yorkie who has a 'baby'. It's a toy that she carries around and mothers. She is obsessive over it. It could be because she had a litter before (we don't know, she was adopted from the shelter). It is a little odd that your pup is so young and showing this behavior.

| First off, your baby is adorable!! I agree with a couple of others who posted, it's about teething. I did the same thing with the frozen wash cloth for Gracie Ruth. She would walk around the house carrying Duckie and doing that pitiful whine. It just broke my heart. She didn't handle the pain from teething well, at all. If the pink t-shirt brings her some comfort, I'd give it back to her. Here's G and Duckie

| Both Bailee & G are so cute! Have no idea why they do that, wish I knew. I have one that constantly has a toy in his mouth. Sometimes b4 bedtime, Turbo grabs a toy in his mouth & walks back & forth, back & forth like he's trying to decide where to bury it (if he was outside). We have laminate wood flooring, so I could hear him pondering around. He doesn't whimper, but does make grunting snorting sounds loll. I have so many pics of him holding a toy in his mouth! Here's one:

| All your pictures of your babies are adorable! Thank you for sharing!! I took the t shirt away and out of sight, out of mind. she doesn't do it with anything else. She even has a "baby" that she came home with and she sleeps with her every night. In the morning when she gets up, I immediately take her to pee/poop, then she makes a mad dash back into her crate to retrieve her baby from the crate. It's so cute. She doesn't necessarily play with the baby throughout the day, it's with/near her toys. Thanks for all the replies!!

| Darn, I shouldn't look at her pictures.... she is just way tooooo cute. Makes me want another little one, but 4 truly is plenty here. I love her dark color and think it would be fun to have one in my very pale pack, haha.
