| Get some really good cleaner and make sure you really get everywhere he has peed. You are probably going to start from scratch and have to crate train him, taking him out as often as possible, praise him for going outside and put him in the crate when you are gone or can't watch him. Even if you are home all the time use the crate so he learns to hold it. A trainer I know tells people to even have their dogs on a leash in the house, tried around them, that way you are watching him and at the first hint he is about to pee he is already on the leash and you can quickly walk him outside.

| I don't think using just vinegar alone cleans out the urine thoroughly. I've had good results with Genesis 950. Perhaps you should limit his roaming area till he gets trained. And then expand slowly. |

| I hate to admit it, but to avoid stressing ourselves out too much about it, we've just made a variety of belly bands for our male and change him whenever we take him outside. He's on a schedule, has an indoor potty pad, and is healthy, but he still will mark wherever he feels the urge and we just don't want to fight him on this. If he wants to pee himself, his choice. (We use incontinence pads in his belly band, so his skin is largely protected from the urine.)

| someone said on here once to get a post or a soda bottle filled with sand and wrap (tape)with a pee pad with some of his pee on it. If he likes to mark he may just go to the post/bottle only. |

OP, try ebay, you can get custom made belly bands pretty cheap and I bought the mini-pads at the dollar store.

| Need some help! So today my little yorkie went for her shots today at the vet. They put it between her shoulder blades just like last time. Now she cries every time she moves or lifts her head.. Hasn't gotten up and was laying all day. I'm new to being a yorkie mom. I even called the vet and they said if there is no swelling vomiting hives or diarrhea than she should be fine. Having a scare can anyone help me? |
