Me too. I bought 4 custom belly bands from ebay and use mini-pads in them. I still let him out every half hour and praise him and give him treats when he goes. As soon as he comes back in his band goes back on him.
OP, try ebay, you can get custom made belly bands pretty cheap and I bought the mini-pads at the dollar store.
