I thought you said her dad was 3 pounds and the pup was the runt an almost a year old? At a year old they are mostly full grown might fill out a little more. It doesn't always have to do with the size of there parents but the sizes that run in there lines.

ill wait to see if she does get to 5 pounds because lately she hasn't had an appitite so if she does get to 5 pounds then I can start thinking about it . thank you

If she does get to 5 pounds you also need to get health and genetic testing done on her.

Ummm, no one breeds a dog before it is shown, especially a female. Breeding ruins a show coat. Now why are you breeding her?

I'm not breeding her now when she is older and has finshed her shows. Then when she retires I can think about it

Have you started her in conformation? 10 months is the perfect time to get her started in show.

What kind of lines does she come from? Are her parents AKC champions?

We'd love to see some pictures-that way when she becomes a champion, we can say we knew her before she got famous!

we used to live in Europe and we moved her. she is registered in the akc and she was from little paws kennel club.

Not familiar with little paws kennel club. AKC and CKC (Canadian kennel club) are the only 2 I'm familiar with that are reputable registries.

Do you mean the breeders name was Little Paws kennel?

You should get her ears standing as well if you plan to show her.

She's going to need those ears up if you want her to do well.

I found 2 little paws kennel listings. Ones in Pennsylvania and the other in Louisiana. Which one is yours?

we live near the one in pensilvaynia. we are working on the process of trimming her ears.

We have a tiny one and you can almost put money on it that if she is a year old now she is not going to reach breeding size of 5 lbs. Kyra is 2 and still at barely 3lbs after she eats and has been that way since she was a year old. Please if she does not reach 5lbs just get her fixed and enjoy a long wonderful life with her.
