| My yorkie poo's length (13 inches) warrants most medium sized clothes, but her girth My yorkie poo's length (13 inches) warrants most medium sized clothes, but her girth is only 12 inches, and her neck is 6 inches! Anyone know which brand caters to long, slim doggies? |

2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Not familiar with an brand names or store bought clothes that would fit your pup best but with odd measurements such as your pup has you could always have some custom fit clothes make for your pup. There are several members here including myself that make custom doggy clothes. That was you could assure the perfect fit for her. If you choose to look for a vendor or seamstress who does custom made items you can find links in the YT vendors thread below: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...ore-sites.html

| I have a hard time finding clothes that fit perfect for my bigger yorkie because she has a large chest and is very long so I just go with custom made clothes a lot made by some of the members here it costs about the same sometimes cheaper.

| LOL, when I first (mis)read this I thought it should have been posted in the "health" forum. I read it as "My Yorkie's poo length...."!!!! And 13" was very long!!!!

I sometimes have lucked out and find clothes with longer backs....For example...I just bought Ricky a kong t-shirt from Petco in an x-small and it's very long. Petco clothes tend to fit my pup with the longer body better than the Petsmart clothes do. I buy my little guy an x small and my bigger guy(the long one) a small from petco. At persmart, it's a small and medium and a lot of times, the mediums don't fit my pup right. You pretty much have to try stuff on because everything fits differently. I've tried different stuff on from the same brand and even had different results. One thing that might work for you are the horse blanket type jackets that you can adjust because they have velcro across the belly and around the front of them. Another thing you can do is buy bloomers for her if her dresses aren't quite long enough. Of course you can always get homemade dresses too!! Oh my gosh...I'd loovvveeee to go shopping for a little girls | |

| I have boys, so I've never bought bloomers...but I do know that Maximo's boutique(she's a member here on YT) has bloomers. I've loved everything we've bought from her!! She has fabulous top quality stuff!! Her store is called W.Fields and I believe she's having a 15% sale off on everything. You type in the code HOLIDAY when you are checking out!! Here is the web address to the store... Designer Dog Clothes, Dog Accessories | W. Field's Dog Boutique Here is a checkered dress and matching pair of bloomers from there. .... DRESS: Ashley Dress by Ruff Ruff Couture MATCHING BLOOMERS: Ashley Bloomers by Ruff Ruff Couture I can't remember who it was, but a YT member put up a pic a while ago of their two girls in the dresses. They were sitting in a Dogger stroller. The pups had matching pink buddy belts too...it was totally precious!! Here are more bloomers from there as well.....
