| Gunner got up on my chair! Ok, should I expect him to do this on his own often? I don't remember at what age my ole girl could get up on the chair but she was so much bigger I don't think it was such a big deal. Gunner is 3lbs 11oz. and oh so small to me, should I worry about him jumping up? I will not let him jump down. I don't have room for a ramp, otherwise he would have one.

YT Addict | My Ellie started jumping up on couches and chairs and everything else she could find to jump on when she was 2 months old and at only 2 lbs. She scared me so much. thankfully she has never been hurt jumping up or off anything, but I have to be extremely careful because she can jump on or over most anything there is. I have even put up four and a half feet baby gates and she sails right over them. Just be careful and watch your little man and he should be okay.

YT 2000 Club Member | dog Watch he doesn't jump down. Yorkies are so fast. I use doggy stairs, the ones from petsmart with three steps covered in fleece. Spud uses them a lot. Sounds like you have a Yorkie that likes to jump up. |
