Bad haircut/experience

I know how frustrating it is. There are many others that have gone through this with their babies. I don't know why these "groomers" totally ignore the owner's requests but it is a very common occurrence, sadly.
Since they already know how upset you are about how you were treated calling them again and threatening them will probably do very little to change their tactics. These types know there are plenty of other fish to be caught out there but if you think it will make you feel better then do what you think you need to do.

It's sad how common bad groomers are, I'm just glad Lola wasn't hurt or shaved.

I did everything "right" and still ended up with a very amateur mess. I've had a few people ask me if I cut her hair myself.
One person handled my dog, I gave her verbal instructions in my calm house, I gave her pictures and written instructions, and she still disregarded everything I said and did a horrible job.

I don't think they're going to refund your $...they did offer to send someone...did it ever happen?

I looked @ the pics again & she did tip Lola's ears too far, it's almost 1/2" down. She also cut the sides of her ears too far down, it's only supposed to be 1/4" as requested. Good thing is, it will grow back. The skirt/ bottom looks choppy & uneven, maybe they can fix this, also her face/ beard.

They're supposed to send the woman who groomed my poodle on Monday.

The things you mentioned are the problems I see with the cut too, plus disregarding my instructions and their attitude.
I'm hoping she can make her ears more symetrical, fix the face shape, and make her body even/less choppy.

I just had Sachi groomed this past weekend, I can take some pics of her ears if you like. I can also post a pic of her before (3 weeks ago or so) with a slightly longer "beard".

First pic is about 3 weeks ago, maybe 4. Slightly longer. Second pic is her short cut this past weekend. Then 3rd and 4th pic is front and back of ears. I couldn't really get a clean shot of the back, I was trying to take it while she was sleeping and she wanted me to stop bothering her. Every time I moved the long hairs aside, she would shake her head. lol. Hopefully it is ok.

Hope all goes well! Ask if you can be there to tell your groomer what you exactly want. You can also assist the groomer & hold Lola if she misbehaves.

I asked my groomer how the heck she grooms Tyson cause he is so wiggly, she said he is good on the table; however, my daughter's little girl, Rin, always tries to sit down. The groomer still manages to do a good job! So that is just an excuse by a bad groomer! BTW, Lola is gorgeous even with a bad haircut.
