I didn't notice the corner of her eye before because it's one eye and a thin layer of hair.
I specifically told her do not cut by her eyes, only cut the border of her face. I also wrote it down.

I don't think they're going to refund your $...they did offer to send someone...did it ever happen?
I looked @ the pics again & she did tip Lola's ears too far, it's almost 1/2" down. She also cut the sides of her ears too far down, it's only supposed to be 1/4" as requested. Good thing is, it will grow back. The skirt/ bottom looks choppy & uneven, maybe they can fix this, also her face/ beard.
