| I have a simular problem with my 5 month old, vets said its important that he stays on puppyfood, but he WON'T eat it, he eats the big dog food, but im afraid there wont be enough nutrition in it?? is this right. i want to stay on the royal canin puppy kible, because im happy with th brand and he liked it in the begining but now he wont eat it. tryed to mix it wit the yorki kibl from the same brand but there is no chance.. help me..=(

| We are in the process of weaning our puppies at 6 weeks. I grind up kibbles in the blender to a fine grit consistency and here come mom and dad into the kitchen this is how they were weaned by their breeder and so I mixed extra for them ( yes they are finicky) and parents enjoyed their bowl as did the pups in the safety run. Kibbles can get dry and this seems to release all the aroma in the dry food. Hope this helps. Ed and Kathy |
