| ![]() This has been the most enjoyable thread so far! I'd love to share Lib's tricks on camera. Think there are some members who live in the greater Dallas (TX) area. If any are willing to meet for a playdate and catch it on camera so we can post it, that would be awesome!!! For the Patty Cake trick, we just kept expanding on the Slap Me Four trick, a step at a time. I think once these little guys learn we go all crazy on them with praise and treats, they'll do just about anything possible. I do wish he could sit still and beg like some of the others can. It seems easier for him to stand and twirl than just stand as he doesn't have to maintain the weight for any amount of time. I hope this thread continues! |

| ![]() So many talented babies! Here's a video of Lola doing most of her tricks (sit, sit pretty, lay down, roll over, stand up, stand on hind legs) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2IvTjPWzrJo Since then I've taught her shake and high five. She also has some unofficial tricks: *saying "ready" = let me pick you up *when I get her grooming stuff out she goes and stands by the table *when I get her harness out she runs to the couch so I can put it on her, if I'm not doing it fast enough she'll sit pretty and try to get it on her legs *putting the car in park- she jumps up, ready to get out of the car and do stuff *when fixing food for her she walks around on her hind legs or sits pretty |

| ![]() Yeah it's the right thread just on the previous page. Elena definitely does better on carpet than hardwood. She won't even sit down on hardwood haha but yeah I'll try a furry rug or blanket and see if she likes that better!
