| I just bought Baby a Merrick's hoof for the first time, and I gave it to her today! She LOVES it!!!! I don't think I've ever seen her knaw on something so much (except stuff she's NOT supposed to chew on ). And, it actually smells good. It smells like barbecue ribs and ketchup!

You know what? I never heard that, but I was JUST thinking about that today. I was wondering if she could break her teeth on them b/c they are so hard. I guess it's time to call the vet.

| Sylvan turned me on to them when I got The Widget, and now all my dogs are munching on them!

| The horse hoof trimmings that my dog bring home from the nearby pasture have absolutely no odor at all. They are supposed to be very high in calcium - but my dogs spend most of their time just carrying them around and chewing on them without really getting much off of them. They are as hard as a rock.
