| Thank goodness they quit carrying the Chicken jerky; that stuff even looked creepy. Now they have a nicer Lamb & rice softer version made in USA that I get. I like it because I can easily break it into small pieces for treats.

| That is the Inherent problem right there with a mass manufacturer that makes multiple pet foods. Cross contamination. Whi knows which product came into contact with what when it is such a large scale multi faceted operation? Sometimes I imagine a conveyor belt with different colored bags coming down the line and the same kibble flowing out "yeah John that one goes with brand x and brand y, move the fancier packaging to the other machine over there!"

YT 2000 Club Member | dog I spoke to my old poodle breeder and she feeds her rescue poodles the Kirkland brand dog food and says it is good food. Just to let you know this person who's husband is a vet uses this food. |

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I am feeding Galen TotW. He just loves it. Sometimes you have to find something they also love to eat. I changed from California Naural due to recall to Canine Caviar Lamb. He wasn't to excited about it. Then I got Open Sky thinking maybe he wanted something more smeller lol. Nope still not a fan. I got some samples of the TotW Sierra. He loves it. He for the most part eats the whole thing. That is big for him. I know some others feed TotW here too. Good luck

| Our local Humane Society has Kirkland dog food on it's "wish lists", and asks people to donate that particular brand. A few times a year I drop off some for them as they are close to our Costco.

| The dog food thing is such a headache. Really it depends on what your dog does best on and how Comfortable You are with the company. Yes... TOTW is Diamond. My sis fed it not even realizing it was a Diamond Product. They then took all of it off of the shelves for a couple of months, last year. She hasn't fed it since. Diamond was involved in the recalls in back in 2006.. [of 19 varieties...] which killed Dozens of dogs. Toxic pet food kills dozens of dogs - Health - Pet health | NBC News A co-worker of mine had a miniature pincsher that died because of it... it was a nasty slow sad death... I'm not sure if 2006 and 2012 were the only two year they had recalls, or if there have been more?? Just knowing someone who went through that made me decide I personally would never feed anything having to do with Diamond. |

| From my research (could be wrong) nature domain (by Kirkland) was produced in a small manufacturing plant unlike the Kirkland brand dog food. |
