| This is so sad Why trow such a small dog against the wall?! If the dog did bit her (IF), just back away and let someone else continue... It wasn't a massive dog, it was a small maltese!!

| Even if it was a massive dog, she hasn't the right to act that way..

| this is a weird story, a groomer who is afraid of a maltese that may bite should not be a dog groomer. Groomer do get bit, but most would not react that way, To kill a dog by throwing it against the wall has to be done with quite some force I am so thankful that my groomer lets me stay with her while she trims Lola

| Horrible That's just horrid. I have had my Yorkie only 2 weeks and I've not had to go to the groomer yet. I wasn't even aware that you could be present when the grooming was going on. Scares me.

| I cannot believe that anyone could be that afraid of an 8lb dog...unless she was tripping on something and seeing Kujo...I would have been one mad momma

| The Spring Valley Veterinary Clinic used to have a Facebook page, where I posted a comment that they should compensate the dog owner. It looks like they took their Facebook page down after the bad publicity. |

| People like this are the reason I groom my own. I don't trust anyone with my babies. That poor little thing and the pain that family must be in

| There are no words that could describe what I would have done if any groomer ever hurt or killed one of my dogs. I get upset when our groomer complains about Oliver but I know she loves him. |

| I sat and bawled the whole time I read that article. I can't even imagine the anger that it took to kill that poor baby!! I'm not really sure what I would have done but I'm pretty sure I know what my hubby would have done. SO SAD!!!! |

| I saw this earlier and just couldn't post. This makes me so sick. That poor couple that have lost their baby because someone killed her! What kind of sick person did they have working there? I don't believe she was bitten either...natural response would be to back up and not have hands near the dog. She picks up the dog, thus taking a chance on her biting her again. That poor, helpless dog and that poor grieving couple who lost their baby. So senseless! I hope the killer has to pay for what she did!

| I would say most don't allow it, what you need to do is seek out a very small mom and pop type of groomer, not a chain like Petsmart. Or a mobile groomer, they come to your home and work out of a van in your driveway. My gal works in a small shop alone.
