| ![]() My husband and I were trying to have a snack while watching TV in bed this afternoon (we are both sick with the worst cold ever) and Wosie of course wanted to see what was in our bowls and kept jumping on us. We decided we needed a command word to get her to back off when we don't want her on us like that. "Scram" works for us. We said SCRAM firmly (we never ever yell, just quietly firm), and pushed her gently but firmly back, and then praised her. She got it right away. The next time she went for it, we said SCRAM again, and she backed off on her own. Praise praise praise! Maybe this is something you can try with Harley. That way, anyone who doesn't want his attention could use the word, and if you train him with it, you never know! There may be a time when you don't want him on you either, like when you are trying to thread a needle or something like that! ![]()
