| Pumpkin helps with loose stools. BUy a can, in baking asile, near pie mixes. Mix it with his food. Since it s a large can, section it out and freeze in ziplock bags then pull it out the night before. |

| Make sure the pumpkin is the plain variety, no spices. I would also put a call in to your vet tomorrow morning if the loose stools continue. Is he on pain meds?

| I hope he is back to normal in the morning, but if not, call your doctor's office and tell them how long the loose stool has been going on. Will he eat his regular food? Sometimes a big change in diet will cause loose stools. Make sure he stays hydrated. If he isn't drinking and still having diarrhea, that is a real cause for concern. These little ones can go down fast.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I had Jasper neutered 5 days ago. His stool has been normal the whole time. He also had 7 of his puppy teeth pulled that needed to come out. Did your pup have any dental work done? The vet sent home anti-biotic and pain meds. I have given him both everyday as directed. I've learned that these babies can be in pain and not let it show like humans. Are you giving him an anti-biotic? That may have something to do with his upset stomach. I would also try boiling a chicken breast and adding some of shredded pieces to the rice and maybe just a tiny bit of the broth. He will likely lick up the broth, getting some liquid in him, and eat some food. Of course, the canned pumpkin should be fed also. Please call your vet the first thing in the morning and let us know how he is doing. I was a nervous wreck the day of Jasper's surgery. I can't imagine going through what you are right now. I will be praying his tummy gets better quick and he starts to heal. Please let us know what the vet says. We all love our pups here and care so much for everyone elses, too. We will worry and are there with you in thought,.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I'm glad that Willie is improving. I don't know about you, but I am so glad this whole neutering business is out of the way. Oh and having teeth removed as well. It's tough being a mom. Lol
