| ![]() I have read about so many eating the litter and playing in it that I decided to go the Piddle Pad route. The Piddle Pads are not the trow away kind, you can throw them in the washer and ta da! They are clean and ready for another use! I oedered 12 so I can be ontop of it with fresh ones! The cost... $48.00 for all twelve! And free shipping! www.piddlepads.com I found the Simple Solution... its like half the price of Natures Miracle.... Is that why everyone likes it?? I think I will ask in another thread.... hmmmm.

| ![]() Now I'm confused. I didn't go back and read all the threads. Each time I get on, I just pick out a few and read them,...so I'm kind of lost. Isn't there a powder you said you could get for that nasty habit? I KNOW they are eating all their poop...because today was my first day back to work...so was gone 10 hours and they have the run of their room. It has a big litter box in it with newspaper...which is how I potty trained Deuce. But when I got home, there was NO POOP. They are BOTH eating it! And, I WANT MOOCHES when I get home!!!! HELP! What's the name of it and where can I get some????? |

| ![]() Brenda! Its Deter or For Bid. (Spelling?) You can get Deter at PetCo, but I think For bid works better! You can order them online just type the names into Yahoo and you'll find online retailers! http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26922 Above is the link to the info.....

| ![]() Are you serious??? You cut strips of paper like one inch wide by 3 or 4 inches long, and you use paste or a stapler to attach the two ends and make a ring out of the first one, then you take the second strip and run it through the first "link" and staple it closed, and repete... you end up with a chain of paper links.... we used to do it for the countdown to christmas! Each day you remove a link! Its a fun thing to tear a ring off each day as your counting down to something exciting! I use them with the kids all the time! A month seems like forever... but watching the chain get smaller really gives children an idea of how quickly time does pass. For Christmas you can use red and green paper and use it as a decoration! And if they ask how much longer, I can just tell them to go count the chain! lol How many rings would your chain have??? 60+ right! Hmmmmm. It'll pass so fast! You'll see! I can't beleive its only 8 days for me! It was forever when I started!

| OH...yes Oh, yes...the GREAT chain!!! What fun! That would be a good thing to do. My puppies are running around the house chasing eachother and jumping over eachother. Then Deuce stops and lays down...looks at me and starts barking his little head off. So, that means MOM! GET DOWN HERE AND PLAY WITH US. I had to.....it's such fun. They wear me out...at least they'll sleep good tonight. |

| ![]() You know, in 8 years, I've always been ready to return after any break. But, THIS time...no, I wasn't ready. I did NOT want to leave Deuce...he's just so small. The room is working out ok...although I did come home to them running the house..they'd broke the gate down. I didn't have it up tight enough... I did fix that. And, tonight when I got home, I caulked the floor gaps where cold air seeps in. It's supposed to get down to 32 tonight and 26 in a few more nights. Yes...we have soooo much fun. I just wish I could get them to QUIT EATING MY WOOD! They WILL NOT leave the wood (for the fireplace) alone in the house. I think they have a wood deficiency. |

| ![]() Six days! Wooo Hooo! I am so excited I don't know what to do with myself! I have planned everything! I am planned out! She hits the vet on the 11th. Meets the new groomer on the 13th. She starts puppy classes on the 16th. And if all goes well in Puppy cllasses, starts the CGC classes in about 8 weeks. I got her Celltei carrier today! I love it! Its awesome! And the fact that it will double as a car seat is super fab! Hey Brenda.... I can read! lol Both of my kids are amazing readers! Katie is reading the Adventures of Narnia collection. She is big on books, itss how I get peace and quiet... she gets a bit loud or I need some time for adult stuff... I have her read out loud to her pet rat, Jasmin. It has done wonders for her fluency. She reads with such passion, like a story tellr would, uses just teh right inflections in her voice... I get that comment on each and every report she brings home! Since the 2nd grade... her teachers have been so surprised at how nice she tells the stories. Its fun to listen to her, she acts it all out as she reads! Its cool.... Am I a proud mom? Naaaaaa. So what was that about 6 days??? Are we there yet????
