| ![]() I am going to try the mobile groomer next time. It's a little bit more expensive but I think it is worth it just so I can be there and He doesnt have to wait for me for hours. I am not comfortable with her release form at all, I can't leave him there and cross my fingers everytime hoping that nothing is going to happen to him because they wont even take responsibility for it and with a signed form I couldn't do anything about it. I like his haircut, but not worth the risk ![]()

| ![]() I have never signed a release form, why would I have to pay, if they messed up and accidentally caused injury to my dog that my vet would have to fix, also I always pay after seeing groom. I am now trying to groom them my selves to save money. |

For his first cut, she left his body hair a little long and the next time I just told her to cut it shorter and I loved it. Here's the picture I found online.

| ![]() Love it! He looks super handsome! They grow up so fast!!! Jack goes for his first haircut next week -weeps- He needs it though...he looks wild lol. But our groomer cut our Max's hair for almost 14 years and we never had to sign anything. She handed him over first thing when we would arrive, let him prance around to see his new do and then we'd pay her. After awhile of course, it was second nature...she's awesome but yeah, we never had anything like that with our groomer. Yours doesn't seem too people friendly :-/ Surprising, you would think she'd know all her customers come with human masters. lol.

She's supposed to be in business for 20+ years. And I could only find 3 reviews about her online. Now I know why lol

| ![]() I think your groomer did a great job. It is always hard to see the hair go away. It's like sending your little boy for his irst real hair cut. ![]() |

| ![]() We have had the same groomer forclose to 20 years and would never give her up. We take all four Yorkies in at the same time and pick them up a few hours later. Lisa brings each one out separately and tells us about any problems she had or changes she made. She reports on their behavior etc then helps us put him or her into his our her crate. After all are tucked away in the car we pay her. I would NEVER put up with an arrogant groomer or human stylist for that matter and I certainly wouldn't pay them before seeing my dog. Don't be shy with the next groomer. Even if they do not offer to show you around you should insist on a tour and inspect the place. Your little one's life is in that groomer's hands. You need to be able to trust them completely and know that your pet is safe while you are gone. As far as the release is concerned----WHAT? ----Never. She would have to sign an agreement that she would pay for any injuries that may occur while the dog is in her charge. By the way, long hair, short hair, scruffy hair---your little one is adorable!
