I was looking on puppyfind.com and boy you arent kidding.... what a joke!!! All these poor little yorkie babies out there from different countries..
1. Over 12 hour plane ride and where, in the cargo hold??
2. How can you be sure a puppy will arrive, and they wont just take off with your cash.
3. What kinda shape is that poor pup going to be in.
4. What about temperature changes, that does effect them alot.
5. JUST A BAD IDEA...

I WOULD NEVER BUY A DOG OR PUPPY FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY.

Im sure you can find a darling pup in your state, or one close by..

Not sure if someone else pointed this out but you can't have allergies to Yorkies. They don't have fur. They have hair. That's why they don't shed. My step son had really bad asthema and Caesar and Cleo don't bother him at all.

If the E-mail you posted is as Dr. Rosemary wrote it - she is definitely a fraud.

No one as well educated as a doctor could possibly write that badly. Her E-mail is extremely badly written. The writer is definitely not an educated person....definitely not a doctor.

And - think about it!!!! With a beautiful little pup like that - for the price she is asking - she would have no problem in the world finding a perfect home for it in her own neighborhood. Why is she advertising worldwide!!!!!?????? So people will send her money - that's why!

And - you be very careful about ever sending money to anyone who advertises on the Internet. I think it was easy to figure out that this ad was a scam, but sometimes it's more difficult.

I buy things on the Internet all the time - but usually know who I am dealing with (different businesses, etc). I also purchase things from E-bay. I think most of us have, but E-bay is reasonably safe because you can read responses from a person's previous customers.

Please be careful.

you are very right they dont like shipping small animals and the poor mite will have to go through customs, also thats very very cheap $185 in uk money is about £90.00 and my rosie cost me the right amount which was £500.00, in dollars its about $950.00 big difference, also when someone i know was moving to the states and has animals it was a lot more than $200.00 to ship her yorkie and what a long time for the poor pup to be on a plane, to get to florida from london gatwick its 9 hours 15 mins i think the poor pup wouldnt make it.
why sell the pup to another country when many people want them over her too, dont make sense to me.
i truely think its a scam dont buy her, JMO

My first clue that this couldn't possibly be a doctor was a combination of three things .......... a two year old, a puppy [or any animal] and a poinsetta??? Please!!! That's a deadly combination!!!!

If she was selling the pup in the UK, why couldnt I contact her from the UK? You CANNOT register a UK postcode on that site!!! I tried!!

Also, why did she put the amount on the add in £ pounds instead of dollars, as that is our currency!!

It also is VERY cheap, the cheapest I could find a yorkie for when I was looking was £200.

Definately agree. We paid £475 for Smudger and that is the average price in the UK for a yorkshire terrier pup. If this was for real they could easily get someone locally to adopt the pup or even pay more for her.

Every week in our local loot paper there are yorkie pups or even 2 years old for £250 +

I don't believe this is real for one minute, sorry

I feel sorry for the poor person that will fall for the scam though. Not everyone is lucky enough to have this site to ask for advice!!!
