| Hopefully her puppy has the same problem as mine, Coccidia, a stomach bug that causes, soft bloody stool with some mucus as well, and easily treated. Gina has made a great comeback from Friday, the Coccidia and stress, made Friday a bad day for her. Gina got her shots today, and a med for her stomach bug. Gina's feisty, and funny, and a great joy to have. Hopefully we will hear great news today for her pup as well. Cheers Quad |

I wonder what could be going on with this OP. I hate it when people come here, ask for help and than just disappear never to be heard from again. It just keeps me worrying and wondering.

| Same here on the not finding out the outcome. I called the breeder, that we got Gina from, today to let her know what was causing the problem with half the litter, so she could let the other new puppy owners know what was going on, also so they can clean everything, since the 3rd Yorkie they breed is pregnant. I really hope her baby is fine, and it would be nice to know what the problem is, the more we share the more we know and can help others out. Cheers Quad |

That stuff is nothing to mess around with, it spread like wild fire and if not cleaned and sanitized properly can reoccur again and again. Your breeder need to have her pregnant female and any pup not effected isolated for the others. I cant imagine what effect it would have on a pregnant dam and her unborn pups. It scares me to even think about it.
