| Max had one about half that size on his ear and it went away on its own. Same with the one he had on top of his head when he was a pup. The vet was going to scrape it when Max was neutered, but after a couple days of applying organic olive oil, it had almost disappeared. I hope Peanut's is nothing and will go away on its own too.
