Your boy is a cutie. I wouldn't necessarily write off the chance that he could be a chocolate yorkie just due to the ear size. There is a really awesome yorkie here named Joel who has large, and incredibly cute, big ears.

Hope to see more pics of your boy. These yorkies are just so much fun, aren't they?
