They are a pain. Always had to worry about these with my horses but never with any of my other animals

My vet has seen them in dogs, cats, horses and goats. Apparently people get them too if you saw the video

I will never forget taking Maddie to the vet for an oozing sore on her back. My vet used a tweezer like thing and pulled out a maggot. I was horrified and still am when I think of it. I'd never heard of anything like that until Maddie's vet visit! Ugh! Gag me! I hope it never happens to any of my dogs ever again...or to me! Yikes!

OMG!!!!!!!!! When I think of "botflies", I think of cattle....dont they attack cattle??? I had NO idea they got on humans and our dogs!!!!!!!!!! Hey TEXANS!!! Do we have these things here in Texas?????????? PLEASE, TELL ME NO!!!!!!!!!
