I left the puppies harnesses on for a while, maybe a whole month or more. One day after bath, I decided to wash them, put them away and only use them to go on walks or to the vet. I always wondered if they were uncomfortable to sleep in all the time with the little buckles and all. They also have the cat quick release collars, but I felt like people pulled them by their collars and I was afraid of hurting them. Of course, I don't always care for how others pick them up but I try not to obcess.

I also use a harness, but just want to mention something that really helps me. I put a bell on her harness, and I do collar her when in the house sometimes if I have company so they can hear her.

Alot of people are not used to small dogs, so I find the bell helps.
