| That rule was suggested by yorkiedaze- and it really is a great idea, by you. Her suggestion has made me think we could do this. Teapot wannabes? LOL! Small boned and loving it??? So many names come to mind! I want to stay away from teacup, micro and such. Any suggestions would be nice! We can vote on the club name too!

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | I don't see anything wrong with a club for smaller yorkies. Just like teapots they are not the standard but have unique needs. Mine are 4, 5 and 6 lbs so they don't fit in either. lol

| I actually said "Tinies against Teacups"....nothing wrong with a teapot in my book! How about just naming the club "TNT Yorkies"...it can be an acronym for "Tinies, NOT Teacups!" And using the initials TNT would mean any random newbie who stumbles onto YT wouldn't have to see the words "teacup" which is a buzzword and frankly "tiny" can be used just as badly in some cases. So having just the initials TNT would keep the word "teacup" out of people's signatures...and off profiles as well. Besides, everyone with a tiny can prob tell ya they have just as much spunk and sass as a standard yorkie....real TNT personality!! Dyno-mite!! Haha

| I believe any yorkie with a predicted adult weight of less than 4 pounds is considered a tiny. Tried to google it and that seems to be the consensus. |

| Donating YT 3000 Club Member | I personally do not like the word tiny because they use tiny and teacup a lot together. I just call them Little. Galen is 3lbs. 5 oz. we do not know if he will get bigger or not. I did not plan to get a little one but he is my Buggie and I would not trade him for the world. I think he will and the breeder thinks he is going to stay little. If you do make a group maybe use Little instead. Just a thought

I agree, I was trying to avoid those ad words that the breeders use to advertise their smaller than standard pups with. IMB (Itty Bitty ME)is good... I like TNT too- Tiny Not Teacup... I'm open to suggestions! we can vote on them, or just list the names you like and we'll do a count...

I like that Just Right Yorkies doesn't have the words in the name that unscrupulous breeders use to sell their small puppies. I'd like to find a name without tiny, teacup, micro, mini, ect. It isn't easy!
