| Crate here, too. We don't like dogs on the beds and we need our movement room. Plus, I still have three younger children 3,5, & 7) so I still get up often at night (I'm a light sleeper) so Blazer is safer in his crate at night. |

| Thanks everyone. I guess it does really vary. I think I'm going to keep him in his crate until he is completely potty trained. |

| Sophie Kate sleeps in the bed now but started out in the crate. She graduated to the bed when she was able to control her bladder and I knew should would either sleep 8 hours or wake me (about 6 months of age).

| YT 2000 Club Member | My two Yorkies sleep on the bed. I have a stuffed comfy chair next to the bed and sometimes ole Spud sleeps there. JoJo has to be right next to me. It depends on the dog-in our house the dog is boss! |

| We started out with Princess Sophie in her crate/carrier on the night stand on my side of the bed. I ended up sleeping/trying to sleep with my fingers through the metal rungs of the crate door to give her some comfort through the night. LOL A couple nights later, I just gave up and brought her into the bed with us. I wasn't getting any sleep at all and I need my sleep or no one's happy. LOL She's been in bed with us ever since. No accidents, the she likes to cuttle up next to our necks or right between our backs. She licks our faces if she needs to potty during the night but now is sleeping about 7.5 hours. We just faced it early on, we are push overs and softies!!! HAHA!

| Gracie's first night here I put her in the crate and put it on my bed next to me since she was not having being left on the floor. Well, that didn't quite make her happy either. So I folded a beach towel and opened the crate. She came out and laid down on the towel right next to me. I turned on a night light so I could keep track of her. She woke up once during the night, went into the crate, went pee, and then came back out and went back to sleep on the towel next to me. After that I pushed my bed against the wall, put one of those body length pillows along the edge by the wall so she couldn't fall down there. She has slept with me from the first night and never had an accident. She was already pretty much pad trained when I got her. She was the easiest pup to potty train I have ever had. |

| Jess sleeps in her crate at night in my daughters room. It is large so she has room for her bed and a full pee pad. Hers is locked at night so she cant wander, get into something she shouldnt or heaven forbid step between the railings on my open balcony and fall. Im not a big "dogs sleep in the bed person" Its just my personal preference. |

| It is really Peanut’s choice.. I have stairs for the bed and I leave his crate open.. he can go in his crate or jump on the bed with us. I also have a big Costco bed in the corner next to my side of the bed he can lay in.

| Ella & Lily sleep in the bed with me! For tiny little puppies they sure take up tons of room but I wouldn't have it any other way.

| I've let Sam sleep with us a couple of times in the last week, but he usually sleeps in his pen. He's not big as a dessert plate when he curls up, but he's a bed HAWG! It gets really crowded when the 3 year old decides she needs to sleep with Mommy and Daddy too.
