| When to start breeding, at which heat cycle? I've looked all over and couldn't find a post on this topic. From what I understand the first cycle is out, and I wouldn't want to anyway, but we want to breed Emma one time, and it sounds like many say the 3rd heat cycle is prefferable to the 2nd. I had a maltese growing up and she was bred (by accident) on the 2nd cycle, and everything turned out well and she was the best mom ever. I prefer to do the 2nd cycle with Emma because I can't wait, but if there are health concerns I would certainly put it off until cycle three. Help please |

| Anyone else experienced positives or negatives of breeding differences between the 2nd and 3rd cycle? I'm looking for as much feedback as I can before I make the decision... |
