It's hard to say about his ears. If you want to try and get them to stay up, have the hair on his ears shaved. I usually shave about half way down. Once you take the weight off the ears they may come up.

Jax's ears are looking a little top heavy, but it's too early to tell. I've decided to be happy with my Bella whether her ears raise or flop. I might shave them (if it's a good look for her), but I'm not going to tape them.

I shaved little Jax's ears, they seem to go up when he's playing with toby. Anyway I'll post some pics up tonight so everyone can see.. They do not look bad shaved (the tips that is).

Oh I'm so HAPPY you decided to keep your little baby. He's adorable and he doesn't know he may not be 100% yorkie :/ He just knows he loves you and you love him and that's what matters if you don't want a show dog anyways.

oh my goodness how cute are those pictures. Little Jax is sure surprising me and I LOVE it. Like others have said you can not always tell with a young puppy.
