When my back was hurting, and I was laying in bed all day, Mia was right there with me. I recall my kids doing the same kind of thing at about 4, too...just sitting on the bed, playing next to me...waiting for me to get well. Brody hung with daddy but would come check on me at intervals...but...someone's got to keep an eye on DH, and he self-appointed himself!
The coloring just naturally appeals to me, too. Besides black and tuxedo colored cats, and Himalayan cats, my favorite coloring is dilute calico...cream, blue, and white! |
Your age theory is on the nail! LOL Peanut is at the 4 year old stage LOL. They seem to always know when you need them the most! I love their coloring. People pay good money for Peanut’s platinum blonde! LOL
I love Calico’s too! We use to have one, her name was Astra- she was such a sweetheart. She was a regular Calico- she had a black patch on one of her eyes when she looked in the mirror it was backwards, as a kid I thought that was so funny!! LOL My Mom has a Blue Point Siamese now, she is a big cat/ 20 pounds. She has piercing blue eyes grey ears and the creamish body… she is gorgeous but such a beast-
