Agencies and organizations will rarely take complaints from people online and out-of-state who are reporting or inquiring about third-hand reports of dog abuse and cannot really use it against anyone to effect any change.
As a citizen of that city or state where that horror is going on that you yourself have personally repeatedly witnessed, you have legal standing and could step up and report them to every single city/county agency with oversight over these kinds of stores, starting with Animal Control and also TV station, newspaper, animal organization and legislator in that state. If you don't live there, find another person who does who knows about it and do something! Sometimes the person needing to act for a dog is the one that has actually seen it. Don't you think it's time you acted to try to help these dogs? :clock: |
