| Hi there. . . I am using a tea tree shampoo and pantene smooth and sleek conditioner on my yorkie. I have been using pantene conditioner on her since she was a 8 week old puppy. She has a cotton coat and the pantene conditioner really work but it seems to me that it is busy drying her coat out. So I heard so many good things about the wampum products I ordered it and can't wait for it to come. They say it works really well on cotton coats. This products was created by a Maltese breeder in South Africa. Thanks. . . |

| Try a hair serum or coconut oil when grooming to help. Teddy has cotton maltese coat and it seems to make all the difference. His coat is not long yet working on it. |

| Human shampoo has a different pH than pet shampoo...but conditioners are fine to use. Maintaining Your Dog's Skin pH | petMD
