| Fletcher fell off the bed, but didn't hit the floor! Oh my poor Fletcher got a rude awakening this morning!!! He sleeps under the covers near the foot of the bed. I heard a noise in my sleep and woke up. I just knew something was not right. I started looking for both dogs in the dark and found Dex, but not Fletch. I got up and went to the bathrooom and kept calling Fletch, nothing. I got back into bed and looked/felt under the covers but he was not there... so in my 1/2 sleepiness, I thought he went under the bed. I went to pull the covers back up and they were stuck. I yanked them and heard a groan. I threw them back and reached down the foot of the bed under the covers where the sheet was tucked into the mattress and Fletcher was stuck down there! LOL Poor boy, he was totally stuck and could not get out. Funny thing is he didn't make any noise, even when I was calling his name.

| It was bound to happen someday! LOL He sleeps too close to the foot of the bed, and right now, we don't have a foot board because we bought a king bed and never bought one because we really need to just buy a whole new matching bedroom set. I might have to stop tucking the sheet in though.... then again, if I don't, he'll hit the floor... not sure which is worse! LOL

| Poor little guy. This has happened to my Scotty and my Jilly, too, as each of them liked to crawl under covers down to near my feet. But they did struggle and let me know but didn't make a big, big, fuss. I think they might have sensed they were hanging over the edge of the bed and in a precarious position as only the tucked in edge of the covers were holding them each time, so they only whined or moved a bit - can't recall now but it wasn't the ruckus you would think a dog would put up when stuck. I think they each knew he was hanging by threads so to speak.

| Brandi has never gotten stuck in bed but she did take a tumble down the last two steps of the stairs. It was breakfast time and she was running down the steps what look like two steps at a time. And she managed to lock herself in the powder room trying to get to the kitty litter treats. Her butt hit the door, the door closes and she didn't even noticed because she was too busy eating the kitty treats. They do manage to get themselves in some funny situations don't they. |

| Barking Sheets Cute story. When Abba was a baby he was buried in the sheets piled on the floor, I scooped up the sheets and dropped them in the hamper along with Abba. What a shock when the sheets barked.

| Maybe he felt like he was in a cocoon (LOL) but I still wouldn't want to find my pup down there as well.
