| Not happy with groomer! I got Piper and Leo groomed yesterday by a woman who has been grooming for 15 years. I always took my Cairn/Poodle mix there, and have taken my yorkies to her on and off since i've had them. This will be the last time!! She is not consistent and does not listen when I tell her "do not shave the top of their snouts". I told her three times not to shave them, and she even called me when she got to their faces and asked how I wanted them. Needless to say, they have shaved snouts and the top of their heads are cut very very short. I am NOT happy! The rest of their body's are shaved very short. I think they look awful....luckily their hair grows quickly....I will be grooming them myself from now on. Just needed to rant

| I'm sorry!! The hair does grow fast, and I'm sure they look just as cute!! It really sucks when they dont listen!! I'm like you and I tell my groomer not to shave his snout! HA I haaate when she use to do it! Once I told her she wouldnt do it, I'm lucky to have a great groomer!! Have you looked around in your area for other groomers ?

| I experienced this yesterday. They cut my Chloe so short on her snout, ears, and top of her head. She looks like a schnauzer. I was/am so mad. I'm sorry you too had to deal with this. I'm also sorry about your divorce. Hope you are doing well.

| I had the same problem with Gracie's first groomer. She was fine as long as I let her do whatever she wanted. When I came with a specific request she totally ignored what I had asked for. Well, that was the last visit. I won't pay for a service that does not acknowledge my wishes especially with my own dog! There have been numerous others with the same problem. What is it with these "groomers?" |

| This is really sad to hear. Getting your babies hair cut is an ordeal in itself but then not getting what you ask for is just so wrong. I really feel for you. I have a great groomer and even thought I haven't brought Princess Sophie in yet, I know she will listen to me when I do. She's wonderful and I am blessed to have her in such a small town. We have become friends and I like that just fine. I only plan on trimming nails, feet, and bum when needed. I'm going to ask her to do the rest and just keep her trimmed to let her hair grow. I wish you all, all the best in finding someone like my groomer. Keep looking, I know their are good ones out there.

| That's rubbish. I want jasper cut but I want it to remain longish. I intend to grow it to the floor. I'm worried they will give him the dreaded puppy cut. Which I don't like. |
