I got Piper and Leo groomed yesterday by a woman who has been grooming for 15 years. I always took my Cairn/Poodle mix there, and have taken my yorkies to her on and off since i've had them. This will be the last time!! She is not consistent and does not listen when I tell her "do not shave the top of their snouts". I told her three times not to shave them, and she even called me when she got to their faces and asked how I wanted them. Needless to say, they have shaved snouts and the top of their heads are cut very very short. I am NOT happy! The rest of their body's are shaved very short. I think they look awful....luckily their hair grows quickly....I will be grooming them myself from now on.
