| I don't think they do. I don't have one myself but have seen others use them and I didn't see a liner when the diapers was dropped in. I would probably put a tall garbage bag in it.

I use detergent and bleach to clean the pads. When they were puppies I would just use the detergent so it would still have their scent on it. Now since they know where the pads are I added the bleach. Gets them smelling good and looking like new every time.

| I've been using skunk odor remover shampoo for dogs to wash the pee pads, no smell (for me anyways ). I store the dirty ones in a garbage bag & use that garbage bag to throw out trash loll.
